Testimonials
'Our son Alex has been having myofunction treatment with Eva for the past 18 months. This has focused on improving his breathing and eating habits (in conjunction with orthodontal work to correct an overbite).
Working with Eva has been a pleasure, we have found the sessions informative, thorough and friendly. She has built a very good rapport with Alex who has found the sessions good fun.
Over the course of the treatment there has been a great improvement in Alex's breathing, eating and sleeping patterns and therefore we are very happy to recommend Eva to others.'

"I have been very fortunate to work with this very talented and extremely knowledgeable Orofacial-Myologist for a couple of years now, and am very privileged to be part of a team, that deals with Stomatognathic Complications - Descending Majors.
These complications involve anything from head and face pain, tic dole roux, Bell's Palsy, trigeminal neuralgia, to changes in intra-cranial pressure, vascular congestion, cervical restriction/subluxations, dysphagia, dyspnea, congestion and closure of cranial apertures ( i.e. jugular foramen - which supports the glossopharyngeal, vagus and spinal accessory cranial nerves ). The transfer and exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide within the body are extremely important aspects of achieving physiological homeostasis, and so airways, the mouth, the tongue, the lips, the teeth, the gums and the mucous membranes lining the oral vestibule, along with the highly complex defence mechanism of the lymphatic system, are all considerations in aetiologies that arise in descending patterns. These then produce secondary and tertiary issues within the splanchnic, respiratory, digestive, circulatory, reproductive and musculo-skeletal systems.
Eva's work consists of creating the optimum environment for maximum function, so that the rest of the team, which consists of a chiropractic craniopath, a functional dentist and a nutritionist/homeopath, can achieve their own physiologic objectives. This optimum level of function, is made possible, by the physiological understanding that Eva has of all the facets in which her work encompasses, bringing together all the aspects that have been discussed above, primarily, to help the patient breath properly, making the use of the oxygen/carbon dioxide balance. This helps in detoxing the body - liver and kidneys. Proper breathing reduces apnea, creates energy, better sleep patterns, better tongue position, protecting the mucous membranes, the lymphatics and establishing better defence mechanisms and raising the auto immune function.
Eva is loved by her patients, and consequently, has enormous patient compliance - she makes working to 'get better', fun and achievable. She has a very endearing nature, is passionate about her work and her patients, and is extremely competent in all she does. We are very privileged to have the expertise and professionalism that Eva brings to the team."
